Our Hours of Operation Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. With the exception of lunch time (between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM), our staff is available to assist you or answer any questions or concerns you may have. We have a telephone system with a detailed call log of the date, time and telephone numbers for every call that is received. We review this on a periodic basis throughout the day to ensure that all calls are received and returned in a timely manner, if necessary. Our personalized voice mail system allows you to leave messages, if necessary, specifically for the department or person you wish to speak with.
