Office Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am -5:00pm. A complete eye exam will confirm whether you are nearsighted, farsighted and/or have astigmatism. There must be no untreated ocular health problems, such as significant cataracts or untreated glaucoma. Additional measurements are needed, such as the thickness of the cornea and a corneal surface mapping, which will be done in the pre-operative evaluation. This thorough diagnostic examination is the first step to creating a positive outcome for your best possible visual result. A qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist can ultimately determine whether you are a candidate for LASIK. The lower age limit is 21 years old and there is no upper age limit.

Sanders, M.D. joined and the clinic was moved to Cherokee Street in Marietta, near WellStar Kennestone Hospital. Over the years multiple branch offices were added to the Clinic. In December 1996, the Marietta office relocated one half mile north to our 20, 000 square foot facility on Canton Road. The Marietta Eye Clinic has grown to include seven locations, over eighteen doctors, and many subspecialties.
