I travel with my camera expecting to see things of interest photographically; I am rarely disappointed. The goal of Art Museum Touring is to promote Art tourism to museums of all sizes especially those on our site. The site is designed for our visitors to see work from many different museums without ever having to go to many different websites. That way they can see work from museums that they might otherwise not ever look at. As working artists, we know that pictures have a lot more impact than words. Art Museum Touring is an image based website rather than a just a link site. We want our visitors to get a "taste" of what they could see if they went in person to see the exhibitions. We want them to see and participate in the many activities museums offer from classes, tours, lectures, and concerts with music ranging from classical to punk.
