The American Fastpitch Association or AFA, is a nonprofit corporation, under the direction of Terry Fullmer and Ron Gossmer. It was founded in Anaheim, CA in 1980 for the promotion of girls fast pitch softball. AFA added adult slow pitch in 2008 and boys baseball in 2009. The AFA is operated by a group of volunteers across the country and has no paid staff. The AFA has held National and International Tournaments for over 20 years. Teams from 40 different states, Canada, Japan, and Taiwan have participated.

ALAMO, Inc. (Alamo Literary Arts Maintenance Organization) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit literary corporation recognized by the IRS since 1996. The Libsong International Association (LIA) is a nonprofit corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of South Carolina on May 3rd, 2002. This nonprofit corporation was founded last December 18, 2000 by Frank and Lydia Bautista of Goose Creek, South Carolina. Unique and interesting in a sense that while members are residing in different places around the world they become united for a common objective through the Internet and correspondence. Its members are present residents of Libsong and those former residents who several years ago left its beloved barrio in search for a better life and opportunities abroad. LIA was formed to undertake projects beneficial to the school children in Libsong and the community as well. LIA's purpose is to spread goodwill and establish an outreach program that will provide voluntary assistance and support to the Libsong Elementary School and the Libsong community in general.

ShadowChase Running Club is a nonprofit organization that promotes running- and fitness-related activities in the greater Modesto area. During 2009, ShadowChase returned more than $15, 000 back to the community with the purchase of two drinking fountains and donations to several middle- and high-school running programs. Our members represent a broad range of fitness-related interests and abilities. Some jog an occasional mile, a few are accomplished marathoners. But most of us just like to get outside and run a leisurely pace at whatever distance catches our fancy that day. We even have walkers, people who jog with their canine campanions and baby joggers.

AbilityFirst provides programs and services to help children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities reach their full potential throughout their lives. We offer a broad range of employment, recreational and socialization programs and operate 12 accessible residential housing complexes. When our organization was founded, the name reflected the thinking and norms of the time. The ensuing decades, however, brought dramatic change. We expanded to provide programs for adults, as well as children. We also broadened our mission in order to meet the needs of those with developmental disabilities, as well as those with physical disabilities. Development disabilities include autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and epilepsy.
