The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation is the worldwide leader for research to cure type 1 diabetes. It sets the global agenda for diabetes research, and is the largest charitable funder and advocate of diabetes science worldwide. The mission of JDRF is to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease that strikes children and adults suddenly, and can be fatal. Until a cure is found, people with type 1 diabetes have to test their blood sugar and give themselves insulin injections multiple times or use a pump each day, every day of their lives. And even with that intensive care, insulin is not a cure for diabetes, nor does it prevent its eventual and devastating complications, which may include kidney failure, blindness, heart disease, stroke, and amputation.

Diversity is a key to The Feil Organization’s success. Active in every facet of the industry, we own, develop and manage over 26 million square feet of retail, commercial and industrial properties, over 5, 000 residential rental units, as well as hundreds of net leased properties and thousands of acres of undeveloped land across the country. Some call it a magic touch. Time after time, The Feil Organization has anticipated variable market trends, and strategically acquired targeted properties to profit from them. This nearly uncanny ability to readily adapt to an ever-changing real estate market is the key reason for our 50-year track record of growth and profitability.

In truth, magic has little to do with it. Our success stems from a very down-to-earth combination of insight and acumen... of diligence and expertise... and of hard work. That is what has helped us build and maintain an enviable level of performance.
