Over the past year, we have undergone a number of changes, all aimed at providing you the finest possible product you can find. The biggest change is our conversion to pasture-raised pork (usually known as "Free Range" in the UK), harvested from hogs raised in accordance to The Animal Welfare Institute’s strict guidelines governing the humane treatment of animals. In fact, we have been shipping "Pasture Raised" sausages and pork products in all of our British-Style Sausages since the first of January. Our new line includes "Pasture Raised" pork chops, roasts, and ribs, and we are expanding our sausage line to include European sausages. Most will be all natural.
