At that time, we began to experiment with finger-jointed redwood as a means of using waste and inferior grades to produce a high quality clear product. After 21 years of experimenting with different combinations, we feel we now produce the highest quality F.J. Trim boards and F.J. Vertical Grain Redwood sidings available in the industry today. At the dawn of the new millennium, we saw that the high quality Redwood, which seemed to be so abundant in past years, was becoming less and less available.
