Hours: M-F: 10:00am-4:00pm. House calls as needed. Our goal at North Carolina Orthotics & Prosthetics is to provide you with the best orthotic device in order to achieve the best possible outcome. We treat patients with wide range of orthotic needs, from temporary devices to help heal a fracture, or more durable braces to help manage conditions like Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy or a stroke. Regardless of your situation, the practitioners at North Carolina Orthotics & Prosthetics take all the time necessary to determine the best orthotic solution. We’ll ask about your lifestyle and activity levels. We’ll study your medical history closely. We’ll consult with physicians and therapists. Perform a detailed examination. Then we’ll present our best recommendation based on the many orthotic product choices available to us. Once we agree upon a plan, we’ll custom design a bracing solution just for you; or, if it makes sense, we’ll recommend a pre-fabricated device.

Hours: By Appointment Only. North Carolina Orthotics and Prosthetics operates its own lab where each area practitioner can fabricate many of the sophisticated orthotic and prosthetic devices they create for patients. Having one central fabrication lab allows the partners to collaborate, share their solutions and ensure that the best tools and techniques are used to create optimal fit and functionality.

In providing prosthetic services to our patients, we examine and evaluate his or her prosthetic needs, formulate the design, including selection of materials and componentry, make all necessary casts, measurements, and model modifications.
