Adult Medically Supervised Detoxification: A program designed to safely withdraw patients from drug and alcohol dependence. Adolescent Chemical Dependency Program: An intensive 12-step model program to help youth overcome addiction to drugs and alcohol.

Patriot Support was born out of a great need. The strain of the battlefield has worn greatly on the bodies, minds and spirits of Warriors and their families alike. In response, we have spent the last several years expanding the locations and resources dedicated for military-specific mental health services. We have added four additional dedicated Patriot Support Centers to our extensive behavioral healthcare network this year. The Patriot Support continuum also has 17 TRICARE certified residential treatment programs designed for dependents. Poplar Springs Hospital is committed to providing a stigma-free treatment environment specifically designed to meet the needs of the active duty military. Our inpatient mental health unit provides treatment for the emotional and psychological effects of combat theater stress and post-deployment adjustment-related issues. Soldiers may step down to our partial hospitalization program to assist with transitioning back to their duty stations. Treatment program uses cognitive behavioral therapeutic approaches and guidelines from the Department of Veteran Affairs and Department of Defense for PTSD treatment.

The Mankato Clinic’s Department of Psychiatry and Psychology is located in a private and comfortable setting in the Madison East Center, Suite 352. Mankato Clinic Psychiatrists evaluate, diagnose, treat and prevent illnesses that interfere with emotional and behavioral health. Psychiatric assessment typically includes a review of physical and mental conditions as well as discussion about development, previous physical and mental illnesses, social circumstances, and relationships. Since 1912 the physicians, psychologists and social workers of the Tucker Psychiatric Clinic have been providing individuals and families with psychiatric, substance abuse and mental health services tailored to each individual's needs for both inpatient and outpatient treatment.
