Mr. Baty also served as the Chairman of the Board of Holiday Retirement Corporation from 1987 to 2007 and as its Chief Executive Officer from 1991 through September 1997.

Cascade View Nursing Center is an 87-bed skilled nursing community located in Bend, Oregon. The Summit Assisted Living is located next to Cascade View Nursing Center.
