Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital is dedicated to providing superior health and quality of life programs with an unmatched continuum of care for the elderly, frail and ill in a warm, caring environment. Levindale Geriatric Center includes a modern, elegant, brand-new building with services that include skilled long-term, respite, dementia, respiratory and comfort/hospice care. The new Levindale is a $31 million dollar expansion and build-out on the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Campus. A dedication to celebrate the first phase will be December 7, 2011, and then the doors will open to residents in January 2012. There will be 84 new private resident rooms (and bathrooms) in six households of 14 rooms each.

Regular Business Hours: Mon-Fri 7am to 7pm; Saturdays 8am to 1pm; Sundays 12pm to 4pm. To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment, but walk-ins are welcome. For your convenience, you can also drop your pet off at the hospital before work, or while running errands. You can talk to the doctor during the day by phone or at the time of pickup. We're dedicated to quality customer service, so we will accommodate your schedule! Emergency care is provided on a 24-hour basis for our established clients. On weekends, our doctors are available to answer your questions and address your concerns, but if required, we will refer you to a local emergency facility for further care. Lexington Boulevard Animal Hospital has routine appointment times 7 days a week. With the expanded appointment times and the availability of our doctors on the weekends, we hope to minimize the need for expensive emergency care.
