Tacoma Tide F.C. is an American soccer team, founded in 2006. The team is a member of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League(PDL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and plays in the Northwest Division of the Western Conference against teams from Abbotsford, Victoria, and Vancouver, Canada; Seattle, Bremerton, Salem, Portland, Spokane and Yakima. The Tide roster is made up of amateur players who compete at the highest levels of the collegiate game. They play in the PDL during their summer months on leave from the college game. The Tide also field top notch high school players and some recent college grads.

Long before Mary Bridge opened its doors in 1955, a group of women known as the Tacoma Orthopedic Association (TOA), opened their hearts to the children of our community. Since 1921, they have dedicated their time, their resources, and their vision to advancing the health interests of children. In fact, this volunteer organization was the driving force in establishing Mary Bridge, southwest Washington’s only hospital dedicated to the health care of children. Today, TOA is a not-for-profit organization with 1, 200 volunteers. But with the health care needs of children continuing to grow, so must TOA. We need your help.
